Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Wallpaper & Fabric Inspiration (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.wallpaperandfabricinspiration.co.uk (“Site”) and the purchase of products including wallpaper, fabric, and paint (“Products”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our Products. By using this Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Products and Availability
We offer a curated selection of wallpaper, fabric, and paint. Please note that product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to accurately represent true colours and textures, but actual appearances may vary depending on your screen settings and lighting, so samples are always recommended.
We work closely with our suppliers to ensure we only offer items which have good levels of availability. However, occasionally suppliers discontinue certain lines or there may be disruption to production, which will mean a delay in fulfilling your order. In these cases, we will contact you as soon as possible (normally within 24 hours of receiving your order), to inform you of the delay, or if you prefer, arrange a refund.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud or stock limitations. We accept no liability for any losses arising from delay in delivery, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. For this reason we strongly advise you not to have any tradesmen on site until you have received your order and you are satisfied with its quality. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
If you need to cancel or make any amendments to your order, please contact us within one hour of ordering for a full refund.

We aim to process your order within an hour of receiving it, after this point, unless you have contacted us, you may not be able to cancel. Please allow up to 72hrs for refunds to show in your account.
4. Wording
‘Finished drop’ means from the very top of the curtain, to the very bottom.
‘Eyelet drop’ means from the top of the inside of the eyelet, to the very bottom of the curtain. A finished drop (including the height required above the eyelet), will also be required in this instance.
‘As is’ means the existing condition of something without any modifications or improvements.
‘As available’ means in a legal context means that a product or service is provided or sold in its current state, with no guarantees about its quality, condition, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Estimates and quotations are only fully valid for 14 days; we reserve the right to update our terms and conditions without prior notice.
Once a deposit has been paid, this enters you into a binding contract.
We guarantee our products for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs vary by location and product type. Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
Delivery is to the UNITED KINGDOM only.
Delivery times vary by item, delivery lead time is typically 3-5 working days within the UK. Products from some brands will take longer. Specific timescale information is available on the individual product page if different. For most items, a signature is not required but this does depend on the individual delivery service.

6. Returns and Refunds
We would always recommend ordering samples of fabrics, wallpaper & paints prior to placing an order. Colours and scale can appear different online.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products we are unable to issue refunds on items that have been cut or mixed for you. We cannot accept returns on any made to measure/made to order products, due to incorrect measurements supplied to us.
Please inspect your items upon receipt. Check that all rolls of wallpaper are from the same batch before opening individual rolls, and check that you are happy before hanging. For fabric lengths, please check for any faults prior to cutting.
If your item is faulty please contact us as soon as you become aware. We will require a photograph(s) detailing the fault. We would then arrange collection or return of the faulty item. Once inspected by our quality team, we will advise you on your options.
Damage to items can occasionally occur in transit. Any dents or bulging to paint tins will have happened during their journey. Please be reassured that they are not dispatched in such a condition and the resulting minor damages are as a consequence of third party carriers transporting and handling items in a less than ideal manner. Clearly items which unfortunately arrive leaking will be replaced after receipt of photographic evidence. Dented or bulged tins where no paint quantity is lost and the paint quality is not impaired, are deemed fit for purpose. These are not eligible for return or refund.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, imagery, logos, product descriptions, and layout, is the property of Wallpaper and Fabric Inspiration and its license holders, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
8. User Conduct
By using this Site, you agree to not:
- Violate any laws or regulations.
- Infringe on our or any third party’s intellectual property.
- Use the Site to transmit harmful or malicious software.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty
The website and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always secure. Neither do we guarantee that any product descriptions or colours shown will be accurate on every screen.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Product.
