Returns and Refunds policy

We strongly recommend ordering a sample of fabrics, wallpaper, & paints prior to placing an order. Colours and scale can appear different when viewed online.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products we are unable to issue refunds on items that have been cut or mixed for you. We cannot accept returns on any made to measure/made to order products, due to incorrect measurements supplied to us.

Please inspect your items upon receipt. Check that all rolls of wallpaper are from the same batch before opening individual rolls, and check that you are happy before hanging. For fabric lengths, please check for any faults prior to cutting.

If your item is faulty please contact us as soon as you become aware. We will require a photograph(s) detailing the fault. We would then arrange collection or return of the faulty item. All returned items must be processed by our customer service team. Once your return request has been approved, our team will advise on the next steps.

Damage to items can occasionally occur in transit. Any dents or bulging to paint tins will have happened during their journey. Please be reassured that they are not dispatched in such a condition and the resulting minor damages are as a consequence of third party carriers transporting and handling items in a less than ideal manner. Clearly items which unfortunately arrive leaking will be replaced after receipt of photographic evidence. Dented or bulged tins where no paint quantity is lost, and the paint quality is not impaired, are deemed fit for purpose. These are not eligible for return or refund.

Approved Returns

Once your return has been approved by our customer service team, you must dispatch your return to us within 7 days.

A refund can only be given to approved returns which have been returned to us within the stated timeframe. Orders returned without approval or out of our requested time frame will qualify for credit only.

Wallpaper and Fabric Inspiration is not liable for items that go missing in return transit. We recommend using a tracked courier delivery service.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned outside of our Returns & Refunds Policy. We will only issue a credit under these circumstances. By placing an order with Wallpaper and Fabric Inspiration you agree to our terms conditions.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud or stock limitations. We accept no liability for any losses arising from delay in delivery, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. For this reason we strongly advise you not to have any tradesmen on site, until you have received your order and you are satisfied with its quality. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

If you need to cancel or make any amendments to your order, please contact us within one hour of ordering for a full refund.

We aim to process your order within an hour of receiving it, after this point, unless you have contacted us, you may not be able to cancel. Please allow up to 72hrs for refunds to show in your account.
